The company has two subsidiaries, iO Kustantajapalvelut Oy, which provides
journal fulfilment services for publishers and Lehtitori, an online press agency
service.

In recent years LM Information Delivery has gained a leading position
as a Nordic subscription agency. In 2009 the company established a subsidiary in Sweden, LM Informationstjänst Sverige Ab. In addition, the company has sales offices in Norway and Estonia.
