IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW CUSTOMERS

We plan and execute a professional library specific implementation plan and our Dedicated Customer Service reports individual libraries about the progress of the process based to the mutually agreed communications plan. With the communications plan we ensure that the libraries are well informed about the different stages of the implementation process and librarians can feel confident about the correct and efficient transfer of subscriptions during the renewal season.
