Benefits for our customers

Advanced search – Journals can be browsed via basic or advanced search. The publication data includes a journal description, cover picture, name, price, ISSN number, frequency, current volume and information needed for licensing
and registration of e-journals. The system also indicates whether or not the magazine has already been subscribed by the customer.

Subscribing– You can place your journal subscriptions online. LM Information Delivery’s customer service processes
and checks your subscription data before sending your subscriptions to the publishers.

Renewals – When you renew or update your subscriptions via LibNet® -subscription management tool your renewals
are activated automatically - without delays caused by manual processing of the renewal forms. You will also get an automatic notification when your subscription period is up for renewal. The use of LibNet® reduces significantly the amount of processes related to subscription renewing.

Journal check-in – LibNet® includes a separate journal check-in -function. It is an efficient way for the libraries to manage their journal check-in and to gather all the necessary information to one place. You can also find the journal publishing schedule for tens of thousands of publications, announced by the publishers. LibNet® contains also publishing schedule information announced by other libraries (e.g. Library of Congress).

Claims – Via claims section you can place claims and monitor the processing and received responses regarding them. In this section you can view the entire handling process of your claim, including actions made by publishers.

Reporting –LibNet® also offers vast reporting possibilities. The reports can be tailored according to the requirements of each customer. The most common reports are the Subscription report, E-publication report, Price projection report, Claims report, E-publication availability report and the Frequency Report. Reports are available in Excel and PDF -formats.
